Meat Slider Rules:

  1. Turn-in boxes will be provided.
  2. You may cook any meat for sliders (Beef, Elk, Boar, Buffalo, Squirrel, Rabbit, Kangaroo, ext…)
  3. All cooking must be done onsite
  4. You must provide your own: meat, buns and any condiments.
  5. Open container, open garnish and open cooking fuel (gas, wood, charcoal, etc.)
  6. Judging will be the same as the ACSA rules based on: presentation, temperature, tenderness and taste. Five being the highest and one being the lowest.
  7. Must turn in at least 6 sliders, feel free to include more if you like.
