PigMania Dessert Category Rules

Desserts will be judged following ACSA / KCBS criteria. (Depending upon sanctioning body of event)

Desserts do not have to be prepared on-site, but obviously cannot be “store bought”.

Standard KCBS containers will be provided, but you may use your own container provided your team number is placed visibly on your container.

Garnishes, of your choice, are optional.

Teams must provide a minimum of 6 portions for judging, however, they do not have to be pre-cut at turn-in, (a whole pie or cake is acceptable, and will be cut into judging portions after judging for appearance).
