Cooks Meeting 10:00 AM,
Steak Turn-ins – 2:00 PM
Slider Turn-ins – 2:30 PM
People’s Choice Wings – 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Teams competing in People’s Choice must have a 3 tub sink (or 3 separate tubs: 1 w/bleach, 1 w/sanitizer, 1 w/rinse water) and a hot water thermos with bucket to collect waste water.
