PigMania BBQ Festivals

Festivals focus on one thing: bringing everyone together to have a good time.

We put together fun filled days of live music, Great quality BBQ and other various foods vendors plus craft and specialty item vendors galore and plenty more. At some festivals we even have a few BBQ competitions for the public, such as our Kids-Q Contest, Steak cook-off competitions and a People’s Choice competition where the public gets to sample and judge the greatest BBQ there ever was.

PigMania’s steak cooking competitions are sanctioned by “The American Competitive Steak Association” (ACSA).  Amateurs and professionals alike compete alongside one another and winners are selected to compete at the national finals against other great steak competitors.  Our steak cooking events are great entertainment for both back yard cooks and pro’s.

PigMania BBQ Competitions are State Championships and sanctioned by “Kansas City Barbecue Society” (KCBS). We draw Top BBQ Teams from around the country to compete for Grand Champion. The teams compete in 5 categories (Brisket, Chicken, Pork, Pork Ribs and Dessert). Many of these teams have starred on the hit T.V. series BBQ Pitmasters
